COVID-19 PANDEMIC INFECTION CONTROLS

For all Counselling, Massage and Reiki appointments: before your first session you will be sent by email with necessary paperwork to complete and return before your appointment.

For all appointments: I will call you in the 24 hours before your appointment to check that you are symptom free and have not been in contact with a positive Covid case in the 14 days beforehand. On arrival, for your appointment, I will record your temperature, before you enter the Complementary Health Centre; once in the centre you will be asked to sign a Disclaimer.

COUNSELLING

£40 for a full hour/60 minute session.

Student discount price is £30 an hour
Your first Counselling session will be inclusive of time to complete necessary paperwork: such as paperwork collecting your personal details and then signing a mutual Counselling Agreement.

For Information: I have a limited number of ‘concession fee’ sessions available for people who are in receipt of benefits or on low income to use. If you think this may apply to you then just ask when you call.

Please respect that Concession fees only apply to Counselling sessions, they do not apply to other therapies. Thank you.

REIKI HEALING

£30 per session.

Your Reiki session is booked for 1 hour, which includes time, either end of your session, for a short discussion; your actual healing therapy will take approx. 35 – 40 minutes.

THERAPEUTIC BODY MASSAGE (Full Body)

£40 per session.

Session length is 1 hour which includes time, before and after your session, for discussion; your actual massage will take 45 minutes.

THERAPEUTIC BODY MASSAGE (Back, Shoulders & Neck only)

£30 per session.
Session length is approx. 45 minutes which includes time, before and after your session, for discussion; your actual massage will take approx. 0.5 hour.

HOT STONES MASSAGE (Full Body) – DUE TO PANDEMIC, THIS THERAPY IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED TO LIMIT CONTACT TIME WITH EACH OTHER #keepingyousafe

£60 per session.

Session length is approx. 1.5 hours which includes time, before and after your session, for discussion; your actual massage will take approx 1.25 hour.

HOLISTIC FACE MASSAGE – DUE TO PANDEMIC, THIS THERAPY IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED FROM BEHIND A PERSPEX SCREEN #keepingyousafe

£30 per session.

Session length is approx. 1 hour, which includes time, before and after your session, for discussion; your actual massage will take approx. 0.75 hour.

EAR CANDLING – DUE TO PANDEMIC, THIS THERAPY IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED BECAUSE IT CANNOT BE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED FROM BEHIND A PERSPEX SCREEN #keepingyousafe

£25 per session.

Session length is approx. 45 – 60 minutes and this includes time, at each end, of your therapy session for discussion. Candle burn time is approx. 20 minutes each ear.
