What do I offer?

I work as a Private and Independent Counselling Practice. This service is independent of NHS Services and a referral from your GP is not necessary. I do advise, however, that you let your GP know that you are accessing Counselling privately.

I offer One-to-One Adult Counselling either face-to-face or by telephone.

(Please note: I do not offer counselling to either Couples or Adolescents (under 18’s))

My work is open ended which means that you can take as long, or short, a time as you feel you need to reach your goals and your own sense of well-being. I do not limit on the number of sessions that you may have. We continue weekly sessions, either face-to-face or by telephone, until you feel better. Until you have reached your ‘Heart of Wellness’ and you decide that you want to end counselling.

If you choose face-too-face counselling, then you will receive ongoing, weekly 60-minute sessions in which you are able to talk about your issues, worries and concerns until you feel better and decide to end counselling yourself.

If you choose counselling by telephone, then I promise to be in a private space, where I will be undisturbed and where I will not be overheard. This will maintain my commitment to confidentiality for you. I ask you to be in a private and quiet space, where you too will be undisturbed and not overheard. This will maintain your commitment to the work that we will do together to help you feel better. Here too sessions will be ongoing, weekly 60-minute sessions in which you can talk about your worries and concerns until you feel better and decide to end counselling yourself.

Whichever you choose, I offer you a high standard of care within a confidential, professional relationship where I promise to be non-judgemental, empathetic, honest and genuine.

I have appointments available, so please call 07505133222 to book yours.
